When my books are open, you’ll be able to fill out an enquiry form on this site. Make sure you give me as much detail as possible in your enquiry, so I can assess whether we’re going to be a good fit.

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.

For me, a lot goes into whether I am going to ‘fit’ well with my clients (and vice versa) and that 👈🏼 goes far beyond what the project involves. Through your enquiry form I will be able to assess whether our expectations, ideas, interests, timeframes and our needs align, and ultimately whether I am going to be the right person to get you the solution that you are looking for. 🤞🏼

Business Time. I will send you out a couple of things: a contract, an invoice and a new client questionnaire. The new client questionnaire is the beginning of the Brand Discovery Phase and your chance to tell me everything and anything you know about your brand. This is what I convert into a tool to help outline your brand strategy and creative direction. Heads up: I require an up-front deposit of an amount specified in your contract to be paid in full prior to getting started 💸

On-boarding

This is low-key one of my favourite parts of the Brand Development process 😍 A successful Brand comes from a solid execution of the purpose, vision, voice and identification of the target audience… right from the beginning. We will sit down in this session and give your napkin notes the clarity and direction they need to allow your Brand to flourish in this wild, wild world. These sessions vary slightly depending on where you’re at with your biz (and we can go through the finer details when I know what I’m in for) but at the end of this phase you’ll receive a presentation capturing the essence of your Brand and displays all the elements that we need to knuckle down in the Strategy Stage.

Branding Foundations Session

At the completion of you Brand’s Discovery Phase, we enter the most important part of your brand development: the Strategy Stage. This stage includes an in-depth exploration session where we will outline your Brand’s strategy and creative direction. You will receive a Brand Strategy and Creative Direction Presentation for you to review and approve at the end of this stage. This will include things like mood boards and potential colours, typography and imagery for your brand. 🙏🏼

Brand Strategy

Once you have approved the creative direction, it is time to start working on the Brand Identity. 🔮 I will follow the creative direction to refine your logo suite, your Brand’s language, graphic elements, colour palettes and typography selections. The Brand Refinement Stage concludes with a Brand Presentation for you to review and approve, where you will have a chance to provide feedback and request changes or refinements.

Development and Refinement

By now, we have your brand identity sorted 🥳 So it’s time to develop the other brand assets of your chosen focus kits. This is where you’ll get to see your brand come to life in real-life in context! This stage concludes after your review and approval of the assets, where you will have an opportunity to provide feedback and request refinements.

Additional Assets

Expanding from your Brand Discovery Phase, I will develop a website strategy and plan for your approval. I will then develop a draft design of the site and upload all of your content. You will be sent the draft site for approval, where you will have the chance to provide feedback and request refinements. After the final design is signed-off, I will go through a functionality test and prepare the site for launch (or coming soon page). Once we have launched your site, I will conduct a handover session and show you everything you need to know! 🤓

Time to launch your brand into the wild 🌿
After the financial processes are complete, your assets are released and you’re good to go!
Depending on the service, the off-boarding phase will include a handover session and/or a handover guide, which will explain everything you need to know to hit the ground running. Of course I’ll still be around to check in and see how you’re going… and to celebrate the launch of your new Brand!
